Trained Facilitators of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and materials
We are trained and accredited to use the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY® Method during our small business workshops. LEGO SERIOUS PLAY is a technique that uses LEGO elements to stimulate creative problem solving. The exercises involve building structures that metaphorically represent your business and brand and uses the context of play to stimulate discussion, to enable new ways of thinking, to inspire new approaches and to find solutions.
During the process participants are led through a series of questions about subjects requiring deep analysis and each participant builds their own 3D LEGO brick model in response to the facilitator´s questions. These 3D models serve as a basis for group discussion, knowledge sharing, problem solving and decision making.
Our participants love the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY model and we enjoy teaching it. By using this style of creative problem solving, we have seen our clients find new ways forward, developing better communication and teamwork.
